Celine Jung is Head Sommelier at bYU Wine Lounge and an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Originally from South Korea, she began her career as Head Sommelier at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, before becoming Chief Sommelier and Beverage Manager at Le Méridien Seoul. She went on to serve as Wine Director and Head of Membership at Park90, where she built out the wine programme behind its membership offering. In 2023 she became the first woman to win the Singapore National Sommelier Competition.
