Djessa Rovie Reyes is Head Sommelier at QT Hotel Singapore and a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She joined The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar as Assistant Head Sommelier in 2017 and was promoted to Head Sommelier the following year, having previously worked at JAAN by Kirk Westaway and Resorts World Sentosa. She was first runner-up in the Ruinart Challenge 2019 Singapore and holds a WSET Level 3 in Wine.
Djessa is originally from Philippines, and has a Bachelor's degree focused in Hotel and Restaurant Management Major in Cruiseline Management from Lyceum of the Philippines.
