With just under a decade of experience spanning luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred dining, and beverage programme development, Justin Wee is Assistant Head Sommelier at Raffles Hotel Singapore. He is the recipient of the Tatler Best Sommelier Singapore 2024 award, a finalist for the Singapore Tourism Board F&B Star Award 2026, and holds the Certified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers as well as Certified Wine Specialist status with the Society of Wine Educators.
He began his career as a Junior Sommelier at The American Club Singapore before joining Raffles Hotel Singapore, where he has spent the past seven years. At La Dame de Pic Singapore he was mentored by Paz Levinson and helped develop both the wine and non-alcoholic pairing programmes, and was part of the team that secured the first Michelin star in the hotel's 135-year history. He now assists in overseeing wine operations across multiple venues at Raffles, including the beverage programme at Butcher's Block, and in the development of 1887 by André Chiang.
