Reuben Khew is the Head Sommelier at Burnt Ends. He was previously the Head Sommelier at Restaurant Zén, and having previously worked at Praelum Wine Bistro and Odette Restaurant. He placed second runner-up at the 2021 Singapore National Sommelier Competition and third runner-up in Sopexa's Best Sommelier in French Wines Singapore,
Reuben is from Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Culinary Institute of America.
