Vincent Tan is Wine Director at Odette Restaurant for the last decade and the current Vice President of the Sommelier Association of Singapore. The 2015 Singapore National Sommelier Competition champion, he has spent more than a decade in fine-dining wine service, building wine lists that sit at the intersection of European classical tradition and the Asian table.
